Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control for a major hyperscale data centre project in Northumberland. You will drive compliance with specifications, drawings, client requirements and industry standards throughout construction and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Experience as QA/QC Manager, Quality Manager or Senior QA/QC Engineer.
• Experience on data centres or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality processes, ITPs and NCR management.
• Experience coordinating multiple construction packages with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the project quality strategy and QMS.
• Manage QA/QC procedures, ITPs and quality documentation.
• Ensure construction works comply with drawings, specs and standards.
• Coordinate inspections across civil, structural, architectural and MEP packages.
• Manage NCRs, defects and corrective actions to close-out.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors and commissioning team.
• Conduct site quality inspections and audits and maintain records.
• Support testing, commissioning and final client handover.
