You will drive enterprise-wide AI-assisted engineering practices, improve code quality, and enable scalable platform capabilities across thousands of engineers, with a focus on secure, compliant solutions in Python, TypeScript, and SQL.

Qualifications

Strong software engineering fundamentals.
Proficiency in Python; familiarity with TypeScript/React and SQL for full-stack development.
Solid understanding of testing, reliability, and maintainable system design.
Experience leading AI-assisted software development tools adoption and setting team expectations for validating AI outputs.

Responsibilities

Build and evolve developer-facing products, including IDE experiences, web tooling, test infrastructure, and SDLC workflows.
Improve productivity and confidence for thousands of engineers through impactful tooling.
Own features throughout their lifecycle, including discovery, design, implementation, rollout, telemetry, and operational support.
Translate ambiguous challenges into scalable platform capabilities.
Drive enterprise adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery outcomes.
Partner with controls and audit stakeholders to implement effective engineering controls.
Design and implement IDE/editor capabilities for smarter navigation and code intelligence.
Develop static analysis and auto-remediation tools to prevent production errors.
Build test frameworks and scheduling systems for large-scale workloads, including cloud execution.
