Job summary

Client Server is seeking a Lead Software Engineer / Developer with strong Python and FastAPI experience, plus Azure Databricks expertise. This hybrid London role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership to drive a complex SaaS platform in the cyber security insurance space.

You will mentor small to medium technical teams, shape architecture, and ensure best practices across CI/CD, testing, and quality assurance while collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritise work.

Qualifications

Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
Strong Python backend development skills with FastAPI experience.
Knowledge of Azure and data-at-scale workloads; solid SQL skills (PostgreSQL/SQL Server).
