Our client are looking for a psychologist, either lead/senior experienced or ready to take the step up in their career. Working with complex mental health patients to aid their recovery.
What’s On Offer- Pay £70,000 to £75,000

What Will You Do- Deliver specialist psychological care for complex mental health conditions
- Collaborate with MDTs to support service user engagement
- Provide direct and indirect clinical support, including staff training
- Contribute to new service initiatives and evidence-based clinical developments
- Lead risk assessments and offer expert guidance on risk management
- Drive service improvements and innovation
- Oversee clinical team growth by leading recruitment
- Participate in Clinical Leads and Hospital Governance Meetings
- Support policy development for staff safety and risk management
- Liaise with internal and external agencies to enhance treatment pathways
What You Need- HCPC registration (Practitioner Psychologist)
- Have Lead/Senior experience or demonstrate transferable skills
- Expertise working with trauma and complex mental health needs
- Competent history in cognitive functioning, formulation & management tools
- Experienced in psychological assessments, formulation skills and appetite to learn new assessment methods
- Risk assessment experienced (violence, sexual risk, etc)
