Job summary

Stafford Manor High School is seeking a permanent Lead Teacher of PSHEE and Careers to commence in September 2026. The post is a full-time role on the MPS/UPS scale, including a TLR 2.2 payment (£3,994).

You will lead PSHEE development across Key Stages 3–4, deliver engaging lessons, teach Health and Social Care in KS4, and work with senior leaders to strengthen careers education and guidance across the school. A commitment to safeguarding and high standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead PSHEE & Careers provision across the school and develop careers education information and guidance for students across KS3–KS4.
• Teach Health and Social Care/Child Development at KS4 and PSHE to all abilities at KS3–KS4.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and sustain high-quality PSHEE delivery and whole-school wellbeing initiatives.
