What You’ll Own

Strategic Growth: Identify, acquire, and manage properties suitable for social housing and vulnerable populations.
National Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead regional property teams as we expand our footprint nationwide.
Authority Relations: Liaise with local councils, NGOs, and government partners to coordinate high-compliance, compassionate housing delivery.
Operational Command: Oversee licensing, safety, maintenance, and tenant welfare across a diverse housing portfolio.
Tenant-Centric Focus: Ensure the highest standards of care, especially for asylum seekers, at-risk individuals, and low-income families.
6+ years' experience managing social housing, TA, and/or asylum seeker accommodation at a senior level.
Proven success in scaling housing portfolios and leading distributed operational teams.
Deep knowledge of UK housing regulations, safeguarding standards, and multi-agency engagement.
Visionary leadership skills with an “on-the-ground” mindset.
