Pertemps Tm is recruiting for a Team Leader – Home Condition to lead a team of Property Condition Surveyors and Domestic Energy Assessors across Somerset. The role is field-based with the nearest office in Weston-super-Mare and offers a salary of £42,011 – £46,679 for a 37-hour week on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

A basic DBS is required. The role involves leading and managing survey teams, overseeing stock condition programmes, ensuring Decent Homes and HHSRS compliance, monitoring quality

Formación

• Strong building surveying and property condition experience.
• Experience leading technical or surveying teams.
• Experience in social housing or RSL environments.
• Good knowledge of Decent Homes and HHSRS requirements.
• Understanding of PAS 2035 and energy efficiency principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of surveyors and energy assessors.
• Oversee stock condition survey programmes.
• Ensure surveys meet Decent Homes and HHSRS standards.
• Monitor survey quality, performance and data accuracy.
• Support SAP / energy efficiency data collection.
• Validate planned repair recommendations.
• Collaborate with neighbourhood and asset teams.
• Support sustainability and net zero objectives.
