Job summary

A leading charity organization in Godalming is seeking a Lead Project Worker to support the Youth Club for autistic young people. This role involves engaging with participants aged 10-18 during weekly meetings and planning activities that cater to their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people and an understanding of autism. This is a fixed-term position until March 2026.

Who we are looking for:

Lead Project Worker working with our fantastic team supporting our Godalming Youth Club. The club is for young people aged 10-18 and meets weekly in term-time on Tuesday evenings 19:00-21:00 (working hours 18:30-21:30).

This is a fixed-term role until 31st of March 2026.
