Overview

Lead Project Worker working with our Godalming Youth Club. The club is for young people aged 10-18 and meets weekly in term time on Tuesday evenings 19:00-21:00 (working hours 18:30-21:30).

Responsibilities
  • Leading and coordinating the delivery of monthly social groups for autistic adults, including both online and face-to-face sessions, across three established groups.
  • Developing and presenting monthly PowerPoint presentations on a range of relevant topics, collaborating with fellow Lead Project Workers to ensure engaging and informative content.
  • Supporting autistic adults in developing their self-advocacy skills, raising awareness of neurodiversity, and building a deeper understanding of their strengths and experiences.
  • Providing a welcoming and inclusive environment where individuals can build confidence, develop meaningful connections, and participate in a safe and supportive community.
