Job summary

Salford City Council is seeking a dynamic Project Manager with experience in adult social care to lead improvement and transformation across services. You will drive change with partners, practitioners, residents and carers to improve outcomes and ensure services are sustainable and person-centred.

You will lead multi-stakeholder projects, manage risks and performance, and use data and insight to evidence impact, delivering measurable improvements in care quality and workforce capability.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering service improvement and transformation in adult social care.
• Confident leader able to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills to develop insight and deliver measurable outcomes.
