Siemens Energy Limited in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a professional Project Manager to own projects from estimating through execution and closure. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, delivering safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

The role emphasizes financial oversight, risk management, and proactive stakeholder communication, with the autonomy for senior professionals to drive complex projects within a global energy technology

Qualifications

Extensive experience managing projects end-to-end in manufacturing or engineering.
Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Excellent stakeholder and customer management capabilities.
PM qualification such as PMP or APMP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Own projects from estimating to closure, coordinating teams and external vendors.
Ensure delivery safely, on time, within budget and quality.
Lead cross-functional project teams and act as primary customer contact.
Monitor performance, manage risks and financial performance.
Provide coaching and knowledge sharing to less experienced staff.
