Job summary

Randstad CPE is sourcing a Project Manager to lead the site-based delivery of a £65m, two-stage educational development in Carmarthen, West Wales. You will manage heavy civils, earthworks and RC structures from pre-construction through to completion within a live campus environment.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a competitive package (£75k base + executive package) and a strong pipeline of regional works.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.
• CSCS Black Card, SMSTS and First Aid required.
• Experience as Project Manager in civil contracting highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day site operations and manage subcontractor packages.
• Oversee engineering teams and ensure site safety and quality.
• Interface with client teams, stakeholders and design partners.
• Maintain commercial control, progress tracking and reporting.
