Job summary

Coinford Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee groundwork and RC frame projects across Kent, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will lead the site management team, chair progress meetings, manage subcontractors, and support cost control through variations and valuations. A civil engineering background and UK work rights are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager on groundwork/RC frame projects
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, on-programme and on-budget delivery of projects
• Lead the site management team including engineers, foremen and site managers
• Maintain and develop strong client and consultant relationships
• Chair progress meetings and report to the board on project performance
• Manage sub-contractors, labour and plant resources to programme
• Support QS with variations, valuations and cost control
• Ensure health, safety and quality requirements are met across the project
• Complete IT induction and training programme within 1–3 months
