EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Here in Developer Services, we’re looking for our new Lead Project Manager to join the team. In this is a key role we will be looking for you to ensure the successful delivery of our multi-million-pound Developer Services capital programme. Leading a team of professionals, you will secure safe and efficient execution of the c£35m per annum Capital Programme, working with key internal and external stakeholders and customers to ensure programme delivery, company ODI’s and regulatory requirements are achieved.
It will be your responsibility to make certain that projects are delivered timely, while ensuring value for our customers and built in a manner that means they are safe to operate and maintain for a lifetime. You will perform the role of NEC Project Manager as dictated by the contract for all projects you are responsible for as well as undertaking roles as required by CDM regulations.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
We’ll ideally be looking for you to have an Engineering, Construction and Project Management or Environmental discipline degree or have demonstratable project delivery experience. Extensive experience of working on NEC project management frameworks and implementing CDM regulations in the delivery of projects will be fantastic.
Along with this, we’ll be looking for you to have excellent customer experience and awareness as we keep the customer at the head of everything we do, while your ability to lead programme teams (both internal and external resources) in delivering projects (high risk / high complexity / high value) Water/Waste engineering sector experience or similar will be of great benefit.
