Position Overview

The Benefits Delivery Team Leader is part of the PayTech Benefits Market Delivery Squad within Market Success. Reporting to the Benefits Success Manager, you'll lead a team of up to 5 project managers in a client-facing role, supporting the delivery of standard customer changes and managing legacy platform support during major transformations.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing change to Benefits programs with minimal service disruption
• Negotiating with clients to meet delivery objectives
• Monitoring project delivery and resolving issues
• Planning, reporting, and tracking projects
• Leading and mentoring project managers
• Ensuring compliance with company policies
• Fostering team motivation and diversity

Candidate Requirements

• Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proven leadership in project management
• Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure
• Stakeholder management experience, including with international clients
• Willingness to travel occasionally
