Job description

Job Description

A Lead Project Manager is required to join our client’s team in the South Lincolnshire area. This role will be within the projects department. You will be responsible for all project executions and ensuring quality equipment is delivered to the client’s customers on time. You will oversee all phases of projects and keep the customer informed at all times.

Your duties will include:

  1. Managing a wide range of projects and overseeing their development from enquiry to commissioning, including confirming quotations and supply.
  2. Reviewing contracts and determining customer needs based on provided details.
  3. Traveling to customer sites for meetings, inspections, and equipment needs, when required.
  4. Coordinating all project correspondence, including communication with customers and internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical).
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of the manufacturing sector (including Oil & Gas).
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Commercial understanding.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of professionalism.
  • Ability to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Leadership qualities are essential for this role.
  • Highly organized.

This position is a permanent role starting around September/October 2025. The pay rate is £90,000 per annum, along with an excellent benefits package. Working hours are 8:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, subject to client demand.
