Lead Project Manager

Insurance Broking - Insurance experience necessary

Permanent

Hybrid working - 1-3 Days a week onsite

Salary - Over 6 figures.

I am looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a leading and ambitious London market Broking client.

Within this role, working with multiple "Heads of" and senior Stakeholders, you will help frame and mature their services/standards provided and act as an enabler, managing the successful delivery of their project portfolio while providing our leaders with the insights and assurances they need to support successful delivery.

You will also be an active advocate for change and bring your knowledge of best practices in project management to help progress the teams’ continual improvement.

Experience:

• Experience of Target Operating Model design/rollout; system implementations/general business change
• London market Insurance experience is essential; Insurance Broking experience is sought after.
• Strong independent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive nature, not afraid to challenge as appropriate
