A renowned global Engineering business seeks a Lead Project Engineer to oversee complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects in Portsmouth. Job Description:

Green Data Talent is partnered with a global Engineering business leading the drive towards Electrification and the Energy Transition.

We’re looking for a Lead Project Engineer to drive complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects across Power Systems, Automation, and Mechanical Integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-functional team delivering high-impact engineering solutions
  • Support project management and take technical ownership
  • Manage budgets, risks, documentation, and quality control

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Expertise in power systems, drives, motors, automation, or grid-connected systems
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and a customer-first mindset
  • EPLAN/ETAP software proficiency

This is an exciting lead role that requires the individual to be on-site for the first 6 months before a hybrid/remote model.
