Job summary

Une entreprise globale d'ingénierie recherche un Lead Project Engineer pour diriger des projets complexes dans les systèmes d'énergie, l'automatisation et l'intégration mécanique. Le rôle implique la direction d'une équipe pour fournir des solutions d'ingénierie tout en gérant les budgets et la qualité. Ce poste est initialement sur site pour 6 mois, avec possibilité d'hybride par la suite.

Qualifications

• Expertise en systèmes électriques, entraînements, moteurs, automatisation ou systèmes connectés au réseau.
• Capacité à travailler avec une équipe interdisciplinaire.
• Expérience en gestion de projets techniques.

Responsibilities

• Diriger une équipe interfonctionnelle pour des solutions d'ingénierie à fort impact.
• Supporter la gestion de projet et assumer la responsabilité technique.
• Gérer budgets, risques, documentation, et contrôle qualité.

We’re looking for a Lead Project Engineer to drive complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects across Power Systems, Automation, and Mechanical Integration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional team delivering high-impact engineering solutions
• Support project management and take technical ownership
• Manage budgets, risks, documentation, and quality control

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Expertise in power systems, drives, motors, automation, or grid-connected systems
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and a customer-first mindset
• EPLAN/ETAP software proficiency

This is an exciting lead role that requires the individual to be on-site for the first 6 months before a hybrid/remote model.
