Currently, we are searching for a Kent, WA based Project Coordinator (Department Lead) for an industry leading countertop fabrication company.

The primary responsibility is to manage people, processes, and timelines across multiple countertop projectsensuring communication flows clearly between customers, the production floor, and the install team. You will lead the internal project coordination team and play a central role in managing jobs from customer consult to final install.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Project Coordination department and oversee daily workflow
  • Manage all phases of jobs from consultation and templating through fabrication and install
  • Coordinate between sales, CAD, fabrication, and install crews to keep projects on schedule
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to prevent delays or surprises
  • Track project progress and department metrics, reporting weekly to management

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of project coordination or management experience (countertops, construction, or remodeling )
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience ()
  • Stone fabrication and installation knowledge (stone, quartz, solid surface)
  • Experience with tools like Moraware/JobTracker, Buildertrend, or similar systems

COMPENSATION

  • $25$29 per hour, depending on experience
