Job summary

MADE Careers is working with a leading London architecture practice to appoint a Project Architect / Senior Architect. You will take ownership of projects through technical and delivery stages, while guiding design and coordination with clients and consultants.

You'll lead project teams, manage consultants and serve as a key contact for clients and contractors, producing high-quality information in Revit and ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations.

Qualifications

• ARB registered Architect.
• 3+ years’ post Part III experience within a UK architecture practice.
• Strong project-running and delivery experience across RIBA Stages 3-5.
• Strong Revit skills.
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Experience coordinating consultants and wider project teams.
• Confident working directly with clients.
• Strong design ability alongside technical capability.

Responsibilities

• Run projects and take ownership across RIBA Stages 3 - 5
• Lead the production and coordination of technical information
• Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary project teams
• Work directly with clients, contractors and other project stakeholders
• Produce and oversee high-quality project information in Revit
• Lead and support junior members of the architectural team
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with UK Building Regulations
• Work closely with the senior team across design and project delivery
