Job Description:

Berry Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Lead Production Planner for a busy manufacturing client based in King's Lynn.

The role's main objective is to plan customer orders to ensure effective scheduling of the business and suppliers, providing a reliable customer experience and timely product delivery, including commercial products, samples, and New Product Introduction (NPI). You will lead and manage a team of Production and Material Controllers to monitor, control, and execute the finite production plan within your product streams.

Responsibilities:
  • Report to the Commercial Director and Commercial Manager
  • Maintain and update the business system in line with business requirements
  • Collaborate closely with production office staff following established procedures
  • Comply with all company policies and health and safety regulations
  • Understand and take ownership of the production plan

The salary is dependent on experience, ranging from £30,000 to £38,000. Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm, and Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.
