Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team in a production environment.
• Able to operate production machinery and carry out changeovers.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and GMP requirements.
• Hands-on, proactive leadership with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and manage routine changeovers.
• Lead, organise and support a small team of Production Operators.
• Meet daily targets for quality, output and efficiency.
• Monitor line performance and report issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Ensure activities comply with Health & Safety and GMP standards.
• Record downtime, output, changeovers and quality checks.
• Train and develop new team members for a skilled workforce.
• Identify opportunities for production process improvements.
• Act as main contact for the team during shifts.
• Support the Production Supervisor as required.
