Responsibilities:

• Support R&D and manufacturing with new product introductions
• Create and modify manufacturing data (production routing and BOM data) within the ERP system
• Provide technical support to manufacturing operations
• Develop and maintain production documentation
• Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement using Lean, value, and quality engineering principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues

Experience required:

• Educated to at least HND level in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or similar
• Proven experience in a production engineering role
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience of Lean Manufacturing
• CNC Programming experience is advantageous but not essential
