It’s an exciting time to join the Digital team here at AXA Health, with significant investment planned in all UK&I businesses to transform and deliver new digital services to our customers; and to streamline and automate our business processes. We’re looking for an experienced Lead Test Engineer to join our Engineering team, to help with the delivery of our digital roadmap, develop our people and capabilities, and support our Engineering strategy to drive improvements across all teams.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a product-led operating model. In this model, all our teams align with value streams, which means that we have the necessary resources to take an idea from conception to completion with minimal handoffs. Our current focus is on developing our Single Digital Platform, which is based on Salesforce and involves a significant .NET estate, use of Azure services, and React frontend web applications.
As a Lead Test Engineer, you will learn about recent technology trends and be able to influence the organisation to make the right choices. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025, this could mean working from your assigned local office or travelling for business purposes. Our local office locations include Leeds, Middlesbrough, Bristol, Tunbridge Wells, and Bournemouth.
