SEA Ltd is seeking a Product Safety Assurance Engineer to provide independent assurance across products and lifecycle activities. The role is based at Beckington, Bristol or Barnstaple, onsite 2 days weekly with monthly Barnstaple visits.

• Lead product assurance across the lifecycle to meet safety and quality requirements.
• Review engineering outputs and evidence for traceability and fitness for purpose.
• Apply experience in safety regulation and quality systems to project governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Assurance activities from concept through to in-service support.
• Review designs, requirements, verification evidence, and risk analyses.
• Drive audits, supplier assurance, and action closing using rigorous reporting.
• Communicate assurance status to project and governance stakeholders.
• Interpret lifecycle models and apply assurance across design, manufacture and operation.
