We're proud to partner with a high-growth fintech on the lookout for a Lead Product Owner to take ownership of a growing team and play a key role in delivering next-gen data tools and products. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior or Lead Product Owner with experience in data products and line management to step into a pivotal role in an organisation that's scaling fast.
You'll lead product initiatives while mentoring a team of Product Owners, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across data, engineering, and business to drive meaningful outcomes. With a focus on data platforms, this role combines strategy, delivery, and leadership in equal measure.
What you'll be doing:
Leading the development of robust data tools that deliver internal and external value
Managing and mentoring a team of Product Owners, fostering a supportive environment
Collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to drive insight-led decisions
Owning and evolving the product roadmap and translating business needs into actionable work
Acting as the voice of the product internally and externally - including industry events
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Product Owner with line management responsibilities
A strong background in data-focused environments - analysis, science, engineering or management
A clear understanding of agile methodologies and stakeholder engagement
The ability to translate technical jargon into business-friendly language
Financial services or fintech experience is a plus
