Job Description:

We’re looking for a Lead Product Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of product marketing campaigns that drive commercial growth. This role is ideal for someone with solid product marketing experience who’s ready to take on a more active role in coordinating a small team and shaping how product marketing is delivered across the business.

You will work closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, R&D, and product management to shape product messaging, support go-to-market strategies, and ensure campaigns align with wider business goals. Additionally, you will support the development of the Product Marketing Team by providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and fostering collaboration.

To promote work/life balance, CMP operates on a 9-day fortnight (9/10 schedule), allowing staff to enjoy compressed hours and every other Friday off.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate daily tasks and priorities within the Product Marketing Team to ensure smooth project and campaign delivery.
  • Plan and execute product launch campaigns with internal teams including marketing, sales, and R&D.
  • Develop clear product messaging and positioning strategies.
  • Create and maintain marketing assets such as brochures, animations, sample boards, and installation guides.
  • Support market research activities to inform product development and go-to-market decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Manage timelines and tasks for marketing projects to keep campaigns on track.
  • Maintain up-to-date product content across digital channels and marketing platforms.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Support product-focused events and exhibitions, ensuring consistent branding.
  • Contribute to internal communications about new product launches and updates.
  • Help improve marketing processes and campaign delivery methods.
  • Provide ongoing support to the Product Marketing Team, including feedback and development guidance.
  • Lead team check-ins and 1:1 meetings to align work and promote continuous improvement.

Candidates should have proven experience in product marketing and successful campaign delivery, preferably within technical or B2B environments. Strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are essential.

Experience in managing or supervising others, formally or informally, is required. You should be confident in providing guidance, offering feedback, and supporting colleagues’ growth.
