We’re looking for a Lead Product Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of product marketing campaigns that drive commercial growth. This role is ideal for someone with solid product marketing experience who’s ready to take on a more active role in coordinating a small team and shaping how product marketing is delivered across the business.
Working closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, R&D, and product management, you’ll help shape product messaging, support go-to-market strategies, and ensure that campaigns align with wider business goals. You’ll also support the day-to-day development of the Product Marketing Team by providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and encouraging collaboration.
To enhance work/life balance, CMP operates on a 9-day fortnight (9/10) schedule, allowing staff to enjoy compressed working hours and every other Friday off.
Key responsibilities include:
Applicants should have proven experience in product marketing and executing successful campaigns, preferably within technical or B2B environments. Strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are essential.
Experience managing or supervising others—formally or informally—is required. You may have led a small team or supported colleagues in previous roles, and you should be confident in providing guidance, giving feedback, and fostering growth.
