Job Description:

We’re looking for a Lead Product Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of product marketing campaigns that drive commercial growth. This role is ideal for someone with solid product marketing experience who’s ready to coordinate a small team and shape product marketing strategies across the business.

You will work closely with marketing, sales, R&D, and product management teams to shape product messaging, support go-to-market strategies, and ensure campaign alignment with business goals. You’ll also support the development of the Product Marketing Team through guidance, knowledge sharing, and fostering collaboration.

To promote work/life balance, CMP operates on a 9-day fortnight (9/10 schedule), allowing employees to enjoy compressed hours and every other Friday off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily tasks and priorities within the Product Marketing Team to ensure smooth project and campaign delivery.
  • Plan and execute product launch campaigns with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and R&D.
  • Develop clear product messaging and positioning strategies.
  • Create and maintain marketing assets such as brochures, animations, sample boards, and installation guides.
  • Conduct market research to support product development and go-to-market decisions.
  • Work with the Marketing Communications team to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Manage timelines and tasks to keep campaigns on track.
  • Maintain up-to-date product content on digital channels and marketing platforms.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Support product-focused events and exhibitions, maintaining branding consistency.
  • Assist with internal communications about product launches and updates.
  • Improve marketing processes and campaign delivery methods.
  • Provide daily support to the Product Marketing Team with feedback and development guidance.
  • Lead team check-ins and 1:1 meetings to align work and foster continuous improvement.

Candidates should have proven experience in product marketing and successful campaign delivery, preferably in technical or B2B environments. Strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are essential.

Experience managing or supervising others, whether formally or informally, is required. You should be confident in providing guidance, giving feedback, and supporting colleagues’ growth.
