Duties

Hands-on leadership of a key product framework at Deel

Manage PM teams (each team has its own mix of Product Manager, Designers, FE and BE engineers, QA, analysts and operations according to its purpose)

Be able to perform tactical work alongside your team for bug fixes and escalation remediation

Build industry-leading solutions to complex problems in a high-dependency environment

Above all - Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all round the world

Requirements

Performed as a Lead Product Manager for at least 2 years in a fast pace environment (ideally scale up/start-up)

Understand frameworks and how to scale functions across platforms

Previously acted as a Product Manager for a minimum 7 years

Be willing and able to be hands on when needed

Strong understanding of Product, Design and Leadership

Preferably based in EMEA
