As a Lead Product Manager in the Mobile product area, you will be an experienced people leader with deep product expertise in Mobile Development. Mobile will become a new product area in our operating model. You will report directly to the Head of Product and collaborate with them & Engineering Leadership to deliver value through a customer-centric approach.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a mid-to-senior product manager, ready to drive strategy and execution. The team size will be 2-3 direct reports.
- Define & drive product roadmaps for multiple product areas.
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, supporting their growth.
- Foster a strong product culture across the teams.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and ensure product alignment with market needs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts to keep teams aligned.
- Work directly with third-party providers, leading all coordination efforts.
- Communicate trade-offs clearly, balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs.
- Lead multiple product teams, ensuring execution aligns with company goals.
- Align execution with company goals, influencing broader roadmap decisions.
- Champion a customer-centric approach across the product development process to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead execution of key product initiatives across multiple teams.
- Develop best practices for prioritization, decision-making, and execution at scale.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and scope.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners (engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success).
- Communicate team progress, risks, and challenges to senior leadership.
- Define key product metrics and KPIs for multiple initiatives.
- Use data to validate product decisions and measure success.
- Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Advocate for best practices in product management, user research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Your background and mindset
- Lead end-to-end development and launch of customer-facing mobile apps, ideally in gaming or gambling.
- At least 3+ years of experience in a product management role with the ability to deliver value across a complex portfolio.
- At least 3+ years of people management experience, with the ability to coach and develop a team.
- Experience in ensuring app compliance with App Store and Play Store standards.
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with third parties, leading all coordination efforts.
- Lead teams to deliver high-rated mobile apps with third-party dependencies.
- Experience in improving mobile UX/UI and personalization.
- Customer-centric mindset: driven by understanding customers, their behaviors, and the link to business outcomes.
- A team player who collaborates across the organization.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Effective communicator: able to develop and deliver multi-modal communications for diverse audiences.
- Good presentation skills to convey key messages to wide audiences.
