Job description

Our Product Team is growing, and we are looking for new leadership talent to join us on our journey!

As a Lead Product Manager in Marketing, you will be an experienced people leader and iGaming professional, expected to lead a team of Product Managers in defining and driving the product roadmap for the Marketing Product area. You will report directly to the Head of Product and collaborate with Engineering Leadership to deliver value through a customer-centric approach.

The ideal candidate will combine Product Management & iGaming experience with leadership skills, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and a strong customer focus to enhance customer acquisition and retention across our B2C brands.

  • Define and drive product roadmaps for multiple product areas.
  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers, supporting their growth.
  • Foster a strong product culture within the teams.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and align products with market needs.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts to maintain team alignment.
  • Communicate trade-offs clearly, balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs.
  • Lead multiple product teams, ensuring execution aligns with company goals.
  • Influence broader roadmap decisions by aligning execution with company objectives.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the product development process to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead execution of key product initiatives across teams.
  • Develop best practices for prioritization, decision-making, and execution at scale.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and scope.
  • Build strong relationships with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Report team progress, risks, and challenges to senior leadership.
  • Define key product metrics and KPIs for initiatives.
  • Use data to validate decisions and measure success.
  • Ensure products meet regulatory and industry standards.
  • Advocate for best practices in product management, user research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Your background and mindset
  • At least 2+ years of experience delivering Marketing Products.
  • At least 3+ years in a product management role with the ability to deliver value across a complex portfolio.
  • At least 3+ years of people management experience, with coaching and development skills.
  • Strong business acumen, comfortable tracking and measuring marketing performance.
  • Deep understanding of various customer acquisition channels.
  • Customer-centric mindset, driven to understand customer behaviors and their impact on business.
  • Team player, collaborating across organization to achieve goals.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Effective communicator, capable of delivering multi-mode messages to diverse audiences.
  • Good presentation skills to convey key messages clearly.
  • Curious and open-minded, willing to question and innovate.
  • Data-driven, leveraging data for insights and decisions.
  • Critical thinker, analyzing trends and data to draw conclusions.
