Vivedia is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own strategy execution, lead a team of Product Managers and deliver solutions for families, funeral professionals and venues across the UK.

You'll work with the Product Director to prioritise the portfolio, guide delivery and ensure the roadmap delivers real customer and commercial value, shaping the future of our product portfolio through high-impact leadership.

• Proven success delivering across multiple products or portfolios.
• Strong commercial awareness and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Turn product strategy into a clear, prioritised roadmap.
• Own portfolio-wide prioritisation balancing customer needs and business value.
• Drive customer-centric decisions using insight and data.
• Partner with Technology, Delivery, Data, Marketing and Customer teams.
• Resolve cross-product challenges and remove barriers to delivery.
• Communicate roadmap progress to stakeholders.
• Serve as deputy to the Product Director on strategic decisions.
