Job description

Our Product Team is growing, and we are looking for new leadership talent to join us on our journey!

As a Lead Product Manager in the Customer & Safety Product area, you will be an experienced people leader and iGaming professional, expected to lead a team of Product Managers in defining and driving the product roadmap. You will report directly to the Head of Product and collaborate with Engineering Leadership to deliver value through a customer-centric approach. The Customer & Safety teams include Customer Onboarding, Fraud & Risk, and Back Office.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a mid-to-senior product manager, ready to drive strategy and execution. The team size will be 2-3 direct reports.

Your day-to-day
  1. Define and drive product roadmaps for multiple areas.
  2. Manage and mentor a team of product managers, supporting their growth.
  3. Foster a strong product culture across teams.
  4. Engage with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and align products with market needs.
  5. Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts to keep teams aligned.
  6. Communicate trade-offs clearly, balancing business, technical, and user needs.
  7. Lead multiple product teams, ensuring execution aligns with company goals.
  8. Influence broader roadmap decisions and align execution with company objectives.
  9. Champion a customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional experiences.
  10. Execute key product initiatives across teams.
  11. Develop best practices for prioritization, decision-making, and execution at scale.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and scope.
  13. Build relationships with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  14. Report progress, risks, and challenges to senior leadership.
  15. Define key metrics and KPIs, and use data to validate decisions and measure success.
  16. Ensure products meet regulatory and industry standards.
  17. Advocate for best practices in product management, user research, and data-driven decisions.
Your background and mindset

Essential

  • Strong experience in regulatory compliance within iGaming.
  • Experience with customer onboarding journeys and acquisition channels.
  • Minimum 3+ years in a product management role with complex portfolios.
  • At least 3+ years in people management, coaching, and developing teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset, driven to understand customer behavior and business links.
  • Team player, collaborating across the organization.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Effective communicator with good presentation skills.
  • Open-minded, curious, and willing to question preconceptions.
  • Data-driven, using data to gain insights and inform decisions.
  • Critical thinker analyzing trends and data to draw conclusions.
  • Proactive, independent, and capable of delivering end-to-end results.
  • Outcome-focused, committed to an outcome-led operating model.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
