The PaytechNexus platform is central to Edenred, processing over 1.2 billion transactions annually across 30+ countries through various channels, including open-loop and closed-loop card schemes, funding channels, and bank payment rails. It supports diverse financial programs like fintech challenger banks, travel, fuel, employee benefits, and retail gifting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to lead a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts, transforming compliance platforms and navigating the evolving regulatory landscape in the UK & Europe. Paytech is investing heavily to develop comprehensive compliance solutions, including:

• Transaction monitoring for AML and fraud reduction
• Screening of account holders and payment counterparties
• Operational efficiencies in financial crime management with new tools for a 360-degree view and case management
• Regulatory reporting and audit compliance

This role offers the chance to be part of a fast-moving environment with key objectives including:

• Leading compliance activities across multiple product domains, managing 2-3 product managers and 3-5 Business Analysts, including recruitment
• Producing and prioritizing the compliance project roadmap with stakeholder buy-in to maximize value
• Delivering successful projects on time against regulatory deadlines
• Shaping the company into a product-led organization with strong leadership
• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that benefit the business

Skills and Experience required include:

• Experience in financial compliance, especially transaction monitoring, screening, case management, and KYC
• Experience working with regulators and auditors is beneficial
• Management experience of at least 5 people, including product managers
• Ability to define strategic roadmaps and deliver key projects
• Self-starter attitude, proactive problem-solving, and initiative-taking
• Experience in project management and working with cloud-based SaaS/PaaS services
• Operational process improvement and continuous improvement skills
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Data analysis skills for informed decision-making
• Experience in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities
