You will partner with product managers, engineers and researchers to craft dashboards and data visualizations that drive decision making for brands and retailers. A strong portfolio and expertise in design systems, Figma, and data storytelling are required.

• 8+ years of professional product design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrates data-driven design with strong visuals.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma and a track record in dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design for data-centric product features from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and researchers in empowered teams.
• Define structure and flow of performance dashboards for clear insights.
• Use user research and data analysis to inform design decisions and clarity.
• Think strategically about product direction and what to build and why.
• Identify opportunities for AI and mentor teammates on its use.
