Job summary

Digital Waffle, a leading ecommerce retailer, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive smarter, commercially focused decisions. You will build and improve reporting, data models and dashboards while mentoring analysts and guiding stakeholders to turn data into practical business actions.

In this hands-on role with leadership responsibility for a small team, you’ll own the quality and consistency of reporting, manage data requests, and collaborate with the Data Science Manager on the analytics

Qualifications

Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions.
Ability to translate data into commercial insights.
Experience mentoring analysts.
Excellent stakeholder communication.
Experience with cloud data platforms and BI tools.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and automated analytics workflows.
Lead and mentor a small team of Data Analysts.
Turn datasets into actionable insights to improve commercial performance.
Lead cross-functional analytics projects and identify optimization opportunities.
Ensure reporting quality and consistency across the business.
Prioritize data requests and manage team workload.
Collaborate with Data Science Manager on analytics roadmap.
Improve BI tools and reporting standards.
