We’ve partnered with a global retailer looking for 3x Product Designers with experience in either Loyalty, Checkout/Basket or Marketplace design to contribute to a new product that’s currently in development.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in designing for loyalty initiatives, checkout experience or for marketplace products is essential.
  • Experience within retail is essential
  • Expertise in user research methodologies (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing) and a deep understanding of user psychology.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to non-design stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand our users' motivations and pain points related to loyalty, checkout or marketplace experiences through qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to define product strategy and deliver impactful features.
  • Create detailed user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that communicate design intent and function, with a strong emphasis on usability and accessibility.
  • Champion a user-centric approach throughout the organization, advocating for design decisions based on user insights and data.
  • While UI skills are a plus, your primary focus will be on the information architecture, interaction design, and overall usability of the loyalty, checkout or marketplace experience.
