THE ROLE

We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to craft exceptional end-to-end experiences through rapid iteration and innovative design. You will lead and communicate within the tribe, guide design vision, and mentor team members, contributing to your growth and the design practice under our Design Leadership.

The Design team’s mission is to make changing cars a seamless, thrilling, and surprising experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Identify opportunities to improve automotive tech products and services.
  • Elevate design quality and inspire the team to accelerate projects.
  • Master storytelling and advocate for innovative practices.
  • Drive high-impact projects with initiative and effectiveness.
  • Communicate effectively within the Product Tribe to lead and deliver compelling products.
  • Encourage collaboration, constructive debate, and ambitious goal-setting.

You will receive mentorship from seasoned Design Leadership through regular coaching sessions for personal and professional growth.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

We welcome candidates who feel close to the brief, even if not a perfect match. Ideally, you will have:

  • Proven expertise in UX/Product Design with a track record of delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills to lead discussions and align teams.
  • Experience in strategic problem-solving to drive product success.
  • Leadership experience in inspiring cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to incorporate feedback and mentor team members to elevate standards.
