Job summary

Adam Health, a London-based men's health company, is seeking a Product Designer to lead design across its apps. You will work closely with the Founder and CPO and engineering to decide what to build and own feature performance after launch.

This hands-on role offers high ownership in a small team and a fast release cycle, with an emphasis on onboarding, paywalls, and engagement features, plus monetisation through subscriptions.

Adam Health is a London-based men’s health company. We build physical and digital products that help men understand their health and act on it. Alongside our established Adam Health app, which we develop continuously, we’re preparing to launch a new consumer app.

The role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to lead design across both apps. You’ll work closely with our Founder and CPO and our engineering team. The role goes beyond design: you’ll help decide what we build, set priorities, and own how features perform once they’re live.

This is a hands-on role in a small team, with a high degree of ownership and a fast release cycle.

What you’ll do

• Lead the design of key consumer journeys: onboarding, paywalls, first-use experience, engagement and retention features.
• Work with the Founder and engineering to define and prioritise features, acting as product owner for the areas you lead.
• Design with monetisation in mind: subscriptions, trials and pricing.
• Make sure the product is easy to share and works as content on social platforms.
• Use AI design tools to explore and iterate quickly, then refine the work to a high standard.
• Run a fast cycle of design, release, measure and improve, using data to guide decisions.

About you

• Proven experience designing consumer mobile apps, ideally subscription products.
• A portfolio that shows onboarding flows, paywalls or engagement features you have shipped, and the results they achieved.
• Strong product sense: you understand how design decisions affect conversion, retention and revenue.
• Up to date with consumer app trends, and active on platforms like X and TikTok.
• Comfortable working at pace, with a high level of autonomy.

Nice to have

• Experience in health, fitness or wellness apps.
• Motion and prototyping skills.
