The ideal Lead Procurement Manager will possess the following key skills and experiences:

• Strong experience and knowledge of agile working methodologies, with demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate procurement teams using an agile mindset
• Excellent supplier relationship management, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management, including budget and spend control
