Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group in the United Kingdom seeks process engineers to shape water infrastructure projects. You will contribute to feasibility, design, construction, and commissioning for wastewater systems, pumping stations, and CAPEX assets within a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes delivering high-value, sustainable solutions across project lifecycles and collaborating with JV partners and clients to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Background in water/wastewater networks and treatment works.
• Experience with large-scale water conveyance and energy recovery.
• Chartered status beneficial (CEng)

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering and technology initiatives and pilot systems (MBR, AD).
• Develop process flow diagrams and layout plans.
• Select appropriate treatment technologies (MBR, SBR).
• Develop and implement corrective actions to restore optimal performance.
• Project manage wastewater infrastructure delivery across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement process optimization solutions.
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers on plants and upgrades.
