What will you be doing as our new Lead Process Engineer?
Working as a Lead Process Engineer in our Place Based Thinking team, you will provide engineering technical direction to the discipline engineers in your area, in either water or water recycling non-infrastructure projects. Part of the role involves providing design support for several non-infrastructure schemes and ensuring all designs fit within the current legislation and standards.
You will be responsible for checking and reviewing process design deliverables produced by other process engineers in the @one Alliance to ensure the processes and procedures are followed, as well as coaching and mentoring junior engineers.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders and assist the multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure the project solution is providing best value for business through being fit for purpose and completed on time, to budget, and to the correct quality.

To be eligible for this dynamic role within the @One Alliance, you should possess a Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification or be able to demonstrate a degree-level of knowledge through relevant experience. It is essential that you possess experience in water-sector assets and capital projects in large water recycling projects.
