This business comprises innovators passionately charged to positively address and reverse the impacts of climate change through atmospheric carbon removal.

As the business gains momentum and scales, they seek a new, technically astute Process Lead to drive their expansion further.

Seeking expertise and experience within bulk industries, aggregates, lime, and/or other related sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading design and development projects focused on industrial-scale carbon capture.
  • Optimizing existing engineering and business processes with innovative solutions.
  • Spearheading research initiatives aligned with emission reduction targets.
  • Proactively engaging in process optimization tasks with creativity and technical expertise.
  • Utilizing process simulation software to identify robust methods.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders, including technical specialists, external partners, and project delivery teams.
  • Collecting data to support modifications and improvements.
  • Identifying future engineering projects, new technologies, and championing ongoing improvements as the business continues to grow.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience and a proven track record in the aggregates or bulk materials industry.
  • Relevant university degree (or equivalent).
  • Experience in process management and engineering.
  • Collaborative and inquisitive nature.
  • Passion for technology and decarbonization.
