Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is hiring a Senior Tech Lead for Quantitative Analytics Engineering in London. You will drive design, development and delivery of Private Markets Analytics, leading cloud-native architectures, AI/LLM workflows, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Architecture and Sales teams.

You will mentor engineers, steer the engineering roadmap, and ensure governance, security, and scalable performance across enterprise analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software teams delivering enterprise-scale analytics or finance software.
• Hands-on with Azure and cloud-native architectures; familiarity with AI/ML tech.
• Strong programming skills in Python; knowledge of LLMs and AI workflows.

Responsibilities
