Job summary

QED Legal Recruitment Limited Glasgow is working with an established law firm seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to take the lead within its existing team.

You will enjoy genuine autonomy, the chance to shape the department, develop the team and build strong client relationships while expanding the firm’s private client offering.

Ideally you have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE with broad private client experience including wills, powers of attorney, executries, trusts and estate planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Experience leading a team or department.
• Strong Wills, powers of attorney, executries, trusts and estate planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad Private Client caseload including wills, powers of attorney, executries, trusts and estate planning.
• Lead and develop the existing team, building confidence and experience.
• Develop relationships with clients and identify opportunities within the client base.
• Contribute to shaping the department's strategy and growth.
