Job summary

Spectrum Community Health CIC seeks a GPhC-registered Pharmacist with independent prescribing to lead medication services in HMP Liverpool. You will shape safe pharmaceutical care, lead on pharmacy operations and support MDT reviews in a challenging, rewarding environment.

Qualifications

Registered pharmacist with GPhC and independent prescribing qualification.
Bachelor or Master in Pharmacy (BPharm/MPharm) required.
UK right to work and eligible for NHS practice.

Responsibilities

Lead on safe, efficient medication services in the prison setting.
Deliver 1:1 patient care and optimise medicines.
Oversee controlled drugs processes and compliance with Misuse of Drugs Act.
Lead the DFM pathway and MDT reviews for at-risk patients.
Drive quality improvement and advise on safer medication management.
