Job summary

NHS Forth Valley Prison Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated pharmacist to lead, develop, deliver and evaluate the pharmacy service across three prisons (Glenochil, Polmont, and Stirling). The post holder will provide leadership to the prison pharmacy teams and act as a role model for delivering high-quality patient-centred pharmaceutical care.

You will be based at HMP Glenochil with cross-site duties to HMPYOI Polmont and HMPYOI Stirling.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, deliver and evaluate the prison pharmacy service across the 3 NHS Forth Valley Prisons.
• Provide leadership to the pharmacy teams within the prisons and act as a role model for high-quality pharmaceutical service.
• Travel across HMP Glenochil, HMPYOI Polmont and HMPYOI Stirling to provide cross-site support.
