Job summary

Stella McCartney is seeking a Senior Print Designer to collaborate with the Design team across all seasons of Pre and Show, and Special Projects, delivering Print & Graphics for the RTW collection from concept to completion.

The role requires directing the RTW print and graphics concept, partnering with the Design Director, and driving development with cross-functional teams to ensure fashion-forward outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury fashion design preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
• Impeccable presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, direct & design RTW print & graphics concepts across all seasons and special projects.
• Collaborate with Design Director to understand and develop seasonal concepts.
• Develop overarching creative direction at season start with trend identification.
• Bring original ideas for print newness to keep the product fresh.
• Work with Merchandising, Product Development, Fabric, Embroidery and Atelier to align collection vision.
• Drive fittings and translate sketches to production; ensure prints are developed on time.
• Coordinate with Product Development and Fabric to source materials and techniques and relay design info to factories for prototypes.
• Follow critical path to meet deadlines and organise development timelines.
• Travel for inspirational and trend exploration in prints & graphics.
